Step 1
Participants are contacted by ACAD outreach staff or can contact ACAD directly
Step 2
Pre-screening phone call to determine participant eligibility:
- Race/ethnicity
- Age
- Language used in assessments
Step 3
If you are eligible:
- You will be mailed an informed consent document
- First virtual appointment scheduled
Step 4
Once you give consent, you will
- Answer a lifestyle/demographic questionnaire
- Receive a cognitive assessment
- Provide a saliva and/or optional blood sample
Step 5
Possible follow-up in the future to track your health status.
